I'm passionate about how we can build a more agile, purposeful and high impact diplomacy. As part of this, I led a review for the UK government of the UK Foreign Office, which reported in March 2016. My report for the UNSG on the future of the UN was launched in September 2017. And I advise on how to counter radicalisation and extremism through stronger communication.

 

I also oversee a course as Visiting Professor at the Emirates Diplomatic Academy, focusing on negotiation and peace building, 21st century diplomacy, leadership and strategic communication.
